The Bear & the BlueJay Print

Digital Painting of a very chill black bear and a sassy blue jay that I met camping in the summer of 2022 in British Columbia. The Bear came right up to my camper van and scared the hell out of ‘kits’ my two cats Etta and BabyCakes. But just before that happened there were they chatty BlueJays hanging around and this one blue jay in particular that just had so much to say. I had to sketch them out because their personalities were so memorable. The bear was quite peaceful and just curious enough to come over and say hello. I told him where to go and he left with a chill confident stride into the trees.
